Staff were all very friendly. Especially the breakfast worker. Keep everything filled up and clean both mornings. Pool was a bit cold. The front desk may have adjusted the temperature. Personally only swam 1 time. Location is decent, there are a lot of shopping areas close.

Pool choices were great Fitness room was clean and not smelly Breakfast was delicious Beds were very comfortable My family of 6 fit very comfortably in the room we had and having 2 tvs was great since 3 of us wanted to watch 1 thing and younger kids wanted to watch kid shows.

I loved when we had a problem they fixed it right away. We were there during the week so we had the whole pool area to ourselves and our kids loved it.

The location is perfect and easy to get to restaurants and downtown Rochester. Also, there are restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The staff is friendly. The bed was comfortable.

When I travel to Mayo I always stay here. I have stayed at a variety of hotels in Rochester, but this is my favorite. While it is not as close to Mayo as other hotels in the area it is super easy to get to and the drive to Mayo is short and easy to navigate. We will always stay here when in the area.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Hostess at breakfast was delightful. Checked in at 11:20 PM after long day of travel.

Nice variety. Lady was very friendly. Cleaning or stocking throughout my time. I dad 3 children with me, all woke up at different times starving. With three visits I observed her. Food always clean and well stocked
